About

I’m a design operations and program management professional based in NYC who helps creative teams bring clarity to complexity.

I think about organizations like a cube: layered, interconnected, and built piece by piece. A change to one part can affect the entire system. That mindset shapes how I work: breaking down ambiguous problems, understanding how people, processes, and information connect, and building structures that help teams operate more effectively.

My background spans design, operations, and process improvement. I’ve worked across creative production and digital product environments, developing workflows, knowledge systems, training programs, and operational processes that reduce friction and create more consistent ways of working.

I’m most effective where growth creates complexity: fragmented knowledge, unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, and workflows that rely too heavily on individual expertise. I enjoy finding those gaps and designing systems that give teams greater clarity, autonomy, and room to do their best work.

What I Focus On

  • Designing systems and workflows that scale across teams

  • Turning fragmented knowledge into accessible, reusable resources

  • Reducing operational friction through clarity and structure

  • Building training and enablement programs

  • Improving cross-functional collaboration and handoffs

  • Creating repeatable processes without overcomplicating how teams work

How I Work

I approach operations as a system rather than a collection of isolated problems. I look at the people involved, the information they need, the dependencies between teams, and where friction appears throughout the workflow.

From there, I work to understand the root problem before introducing structure. Whether that means redesigning a process, documenting knowledge, creating a standard, improving an existing tool, or enabling teams to work more independently.

My goal is simple: create enough structure to make work clearer and more consistent without creating unnecessary complexity.

Outside of Work

Outside of operations and design, I’ve been painting since childhood. It taught me patience, precision, and an attention to detail that still influences how I approach problem-solving today.

Painting also gives me a different kind of creative space. One where experimentation, intuition, and craft can exist without needing to solve an operational problem.
